Honeywell HGuide i500 Inertial Measurement Unit Empowers High-Precision Sensing and Navigation

According to reports from Unmanned Systems Technology and Honeywell's official website, Honeywell Aerospace released the HGuide i700 MEMS Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) on March 9. This commercial product is designed to deliver high-precision performance for unmanned systems in air, land, and maritime applications.

The product brings quasi-navigation-grade capability into an export license-free classification, offering global integrators a new option in critical sensing and navigation. It employs the proven high-reliability sensor and electronic architecture from Honeywell's HG3900 IMU. This compact, low-power system is optimized to support extended-range navigation in environments where Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) signals are denied or unavailable.
