The field survey work for obtaining underwater geographic information data in some coastal areas of Jiangsu Province in 2024 has officially started

      The offshore underwater geographic information data acquisition project in Jiangsu Province, as an important part of the construction of three-dimensional Jiangsu, is a key task in the natural resources field of the province. Recently, the field measurement work of this project has been implemented first in Sheyang County. Currently, one drone, seven measurement ships, and 28 personnel have been deployed.
     According to the overall task requirements of basic surveying and mapping in Jiangsu Province during the 14th Five Year Plan period and the provincial basic surveying and mapping work arrangement for 2024, it is necessary to organize and implement the completion of underwater terrain surveying work in some coastal areas of Lianyungang City, Yancheng City, Nantong City, etc. this year, including field surveying work in the task area, data benchmark conversion and other internal processing, as well as DEM, DBM, DLG result preparation work.
